Cinnamon Baked Apples

Cinnamon Baked Apples 1 Tbsp water 1/2 tsp cinnamon Liquid Stevia to taste (5-10 drops) Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional) Slice apple and coat in cinnamon mixture. Bake, covered, at 350* for 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness. You can even top with some of your favorite berries for added tartness. Its so good! Enjoy!

Ground Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps 100 grams lean Ground beef Lettuce leaves 1 tablespoon finely minced onion 1 clove crushed and minced garlic Dash of garlic powder Dash of onion powder Dash of dried oregano Fresh chopped cilantro to taste Cayenne pepper to taste Salt and black pepper to taste Minutes to Prepare: 10 Minutes to Cook: 10 Number of Servings: 1 Brown ground beef. Add onion, garlic, and spices and a little water and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve taco style in butter lettuce or romaine leaf mock tortillas or with a side of tomatoes or salsa.

Turkey Chili

Turkey Chili 3.5 oz ground turkey breast or lean 96/4 beef 1/2 tsp. Liquid Aminos onion powder 1/4 tsp powdered Stevia 1/2 can low sodium diced tomatoes Tones Seasonings to taste (garlic powder, paprika, red pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper)Brown your meat with the onion powder, Aminos, and stevia. Add your tomatoes and about 1/4 can of water. Add your seasonings and let simmer about 10-15 min. If you have some extra cals for the day fry an egg (with Pam) over easy and put that on top of the chili.
