As both a mom and a Top 10 Master Nutritionist in America everyone has been asking my views on the #coronavirus and what should they do to help protect themselves. Here’s what I have to say about all this:
1. First off, stop panicking! This is NOT the apocalypse people. It’s basically a second flu season. Treat this just like you would to prevent the flu— wash your hands often, avoid crowds and never share food or drinks with others. Panic will only create more #stress which lowers your immune system and creates #cortisol. Staying #calm, #positive and #proactive with your wellness will keep yourself (and those you love) happier and technically healthier. So #1 is NO panicking!!
2. Take Vitamin A beta carotene @ 25,000IU a day to help protect the lungs. The lungs are at the highest risk for both receiving the virus and being overwhelmed and succumbing to pneumonia and worse. Beta carotene helps the epithelial cells stay strong as an immune barrier to airborne pathogens. This is why I personally drink a cup of fresh carrot juice daily and take my Dream Body Gummies which are packed with Beta carotene thanks to the fact it uses purple carrots as one of its all-natural ingredients.

3. Up your Vitamin D game! Take Vitamin D @ 5,000IU a day and have your D levels checked to see if you should go up or down from there. You can also do what I do and get your Vitamin D naturally from 30 minutes of natural sunshine— just be sure to cover your face with a hat to prevent sunburn.
4. Take Amino Acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of cell reproduction and healing. This means they literally help your body heal and recover from cellular damage— including damage from viruses, sun damage, aging, and injuries. I take Amino Acids every single day for wellness, skin health and managing a healthy weight.

5. Up your Vitamin C with lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Rose hips @ 4,000mg a day–minimum. Eat fresh fruit like citrus, pineapple, oranges, mango, etc. These fruits will provide additional whole-food Vitamin C to bolster your supplemental C.
As a mom, it’s easy to let fear run rampant and seduce you into panic mode. Don’t do it! Stay calm and remember healthy people should do fine if they become infected. Lung compromised people and the malnourished are at the highest risk of trouble.
The absolute best immunity is preventative wellness. If you get the virus your immune system will remember it and protect you from it naturally. Keep in mind that this #coronavirus has already mutated and will keep on #mutating–hopefully in a downward spiral getting weaker and weaker.
FEAR AND PANIC IS NOT GOING TO HELP! Keep calm, eat well, be happy, take your supplements and cover your body, your family and your community in positive thoughts and prayers.
