✨Listen up, babe!✨ Taking care of yourself is NOT selfish. Taking time to meal prep, workout, relax or enjoy your life is NOT wrong!! It’s time to refill your cup— so that way you have more to give to this world and those you love.
As a mom myself, it breaks my heart to see women (especially moms) who are ASHAMED of their body, AFRAID to try new things and feel GUILT for actually putting time, effort or a little bit of funds towards SELF CARE. You ONLY have one life to live— so why not actually live it fully and well!
I used to be so CHEAP ???? and frugal when it came to anything for me. Deep down I knew it was wrong— but I couldn’t spend $1 on me without guilt. Yet, I would spend any amount of money without blinking on my family. Why? I didn’t value myself.
If you really want to change your life— or your HEALTH for that matter— you have to FIRST CHANGE how you value yourself. Anything worth having— LIKE YOUR HEALTH— comes with a fight. It’s hard work, it’s time, it’s effort and it’s focus!
????????????You must realize TODAY that YOU ARE WORTH IT! Own it! Then follow through and live it!
