????????????Someone needs to hear this today… Ditch the scale! ????⚖️????????♀️
As a Board Certified Master Nutritionist— who personally transformed my own health— I really dislike the scale as a gage for health. Your value does NOT come from a number— you are so much more babe! ???? Health also can’t be measured by a scale, but rather in a healthy lifestyle. Health is ACTION, not a number.
Here’s a few tips to help you stay on track for healthy living that DO NOT involve a scale:
⭐️1) I suggest taking time daily in the morning to walk, meditation/prayer, positive affirmations, speaking and writing good words over yourself and your body.
⭐️2) STOP the the stinking thinking! Being negative will never bring you closer to a positive outcome. You must maintain a victory mindset and a tenacious spirit that no matter how hard life gets YOU WILL NOT QUIT!
⭐️3) Watch your words! If you find that the only thing you have to say about your body or your journey is negative you’ve got a big problem. When you speak your mind and subconscious are receiving everything you say as a fact. When you complain about how “tired, frustrated and unmotivated” you are your brain receivers accept it and you become what you say. Instead, say “I’m gaining new energy, motivation and I am going to do this and not give up– no matter what!l You must watch your words, because they are creating your future!
⭐️4) Get away from negative PEOPLE or PLACES. I wasn’t born positive and happy by nature. I’ve had to work very hard over the last decade to transform my attitude and control my emotions. You can do this!
