Baked Chicken Breast (cooked and cut into bite size chunks) Season with Mrs. Dash. Add fresh vegetables.
Onion, garlic, celery,
(2/3) broccoli, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, cabbage, brussel sprouts, asparagus, parsnips, ….put everything in crock pot and cover with lower sodium & fat
(3/3) free chicken stock. Just enough to cover ingredients. Add fresh parsley and cook on low for 4_6 hrs.
