Just a few healthy swaps and you’re golden for healthy goodness! Try these tips:
🌮 Swap the tortilla for a fresh butter leaf lettuce shell. saves you 90% of the calories and carbs that will spike your insulin and cause weight gain.
🌮 Swap the hormone and saturated fat loaded ground been for healthier grass fed ground beef. Cook it in avocado oil and season with organic Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
