I was running myself into the ground from being overwhelmed with too many commitments. Then I learned about Vitamin-“NO”. ???? I learned to say “NO THANKS” to anything that pulled me away from my family, my health, my joy, my peace or my freedom.
By trimming away all the extra events and commitments my stress levels dropped, we had more options for traveling, working out and family time. We saved so much time preparing and driving and really began to enjoy life so much more.
